3 Simply Drinks To Boost The Immune System


What is the Immune System?
The online definition: “The immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to defend against germs”.
The simplest way to describe this would be that it is the body’s way of defending itself against infection. It is how our body keep us healthy. When we have a healthy immune system the body can fight sickness better, when the immune system is unhealthy we can become prone to sickness.
The are certain things we can eat, drink or do to our body to help our immune system. These are my three favorite drink recipes that can help with boosting your immune system.
RECIPES
DRINK 1: GREEN (TEA)


1 cup of Organic Green Tea
Other Helpful Tea:
Chamomile Tea
Ginger Tea
DRINK 2: FRUIT INFUSED (WATER)


1/2 Cup of Mixed Berries (Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry)
2 Slices of Lemon
1 Bottle of Water
Other Helpful Fruits:
Orange
Lime
Grapefruit
Other Citrus fruits
DRINK 3: ORGANIC TURMERIC AND GINGER MIX


1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 bottle Water
Raw Honey
