The Art of Letting Go

When do we know when to hold on tight or let go?
We would associate letting go with negativity attribution but when put into perspective it can actually be one of the best decisions we make for ourselves and for the one we love. We let go and although it hurts like hell sometimes, we understand that it is for the best. we chose to understand that it is not an act of selfishness but rather an act of love.
When pain is more present that love and when words do not match actions, we let go. Some days are better than others and most days are not. I would rather love from a distant than to hurt up close.
It is impossible to give love that you do not have. When we try to, we create nothing but pain and confusion. Find the love that you truly deserve (self-love) then you find more than enough love to give.
When do we know when to hold on tight or let go?
When you begin to hurt more than you love.
Love you, unapologetic.
With love,
